XtremeHit Membership Agreement

SECTION 1 -- INTRODUCTION

1.1 DEFINITIONS

Member: Refers to any individual or separate entity that is enrolled with XtremeHit.

Company: Elektron Industries

Username: Members are given a username when they sign up with XtremeHit.

Membership Agreement: Refers to this agreement in full. The Membership Agreement must be read and agreed to by every member prior to signing up for a membership.

Downline: The group of members that are beneath you as stated on the XtremeHit website.

Direct Referral: Any member that you personally refer.

General Policy

Xtremehits general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. Xtremehit.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Members access to any or all services provided by Xtremehit.com if Xtremehit.com determines that the account has been inappropriately used.

Xtremehit.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.

You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.

What are the Terms and Conditions for using this site?

1) Your site(s) does not contain any popup windows

2) Your site(s) does not contain any message boxes

3) Your site(s) does not contain inappropriate contents

4)Your site(s) does not break out of frames

5)Your site(s) does not use site rotation

6)Your site(s) does not use URL or domain forwarding

7)Your account will be deleted if not used for 30 days

8)Your account will be deleted if we can not send you emails

9)Your account can be disable if it causes system any problems

10)You are not allowed to have more than one (1) account

What is the policy on SPAM?

Xtremehit.com absolutely prohibites from members to use of SPAM in their marketing efforts, and are subject to immediate termination. If you have found the website due to SPAM, we want to know! Please contact support team.

Payment Policies

Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Members account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Xtremehit.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. All subscriptions must be canceled by the member. No refunds will be issued. Payments and Payouts will be made by Paypal, Alertpay, and Egold.

Lawful Purpose

Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Xtremehit.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.

Password Protection

Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Xtremehit.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

Disclaimer

Xtremehit.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Xtremehit.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Xtremehit.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Member understands that Xtremehit.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.

Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Xtremehit.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services
